I have been reading some posts about modifying the ASP balancer when using the Rollmaster timing chain set. I can see where the wide bottom gear will push the pump out (hence the spacers) and it sounds like the balancer hub will bottom out before it is in proper alignment. Is this true? Is the same modification machining required with the ATI? Just about to that point with a stroker project and would like to get it worked out ahead of time. Any feedback would be appreciated.
