Car wont start.....need help

Car wont start.....need help Not sure if this belongs here, but here goes. Car was low on gas (check gauges light) but it started up fine and idled. I tried resetting the OIL CHANGE light by turning the car off and pushing the gas pedal down three times. Now The car wont start. It fires and the fuel pump primes but it just wont turn over. I put a little more gas in but this didnt help. Did i flood my car?? What should i do? Thnx <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" /> p.s. I tried to push start it and that didnt work either....
Re: Car wont start.....need help Go to an auto parts store, and look for one for one of thoes lil scopes they have that fit inside your spark plug hole, and see if you see any gas just sitting there. Also check your plugs and see if theyre wet with gas.

Re: Car wont start.....need help I don't see how pushing pedal down 3 times caused it to flood . Any f.i. car the only time fuel is put in engine crank & run only.If by chance your engine does flood hold gas pedal to floor while cranking , this puts pcm into clear flood mode & won't add any fuel as long as pedal is kept to floor.

Re: Car wont start.....need help To clear the oil change light you turn the key to the acc position and push and hold the trip reset button until the oil change light flashes then turn the key back off and then start the car. I have never heard pushing the gas pedal 3 times clears the light. Good that you got it fixed though.
