do you have to re-torque heads studs?

do you have to re-tq them after they go thru the one or 2 heat cycles?? if so, that will be a ***** to do!

I say yes, and at the very least i torqued mine when assembling upper end, went back next morning and loosened them and retorqued them, this was without firing engine but is better than nothing.After driving car and heat cycling several times i went and checked one of them and it had held its torque! With stock bolts there would be no need but i say dont panic and just retorque when you get a chance. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
