So far I have the cam, and I bought a set of lifters. Fixing to get pushrods and valve springs. Is there anything else I should consider getting. Don't want to spend too much on more parts. But, anything else that would benefit the cam install, I'd like to know.

year of car?? miles???
its best to go ahead and get a ported oil pump and beefier timing chain while your doing the cam swap. BTW: you know u will have to pull the heads for the lifters right?

It's a 1998 Z28 A4 with just over 65,000 miles. Yes, I know the heads have to be pulled for the lifters.
