I am getting a 224/224 .563 .563 on a 98 z28 on stock heads and stock 3.42. I am just wondering if i can get some input on what LSA would be best. 112 +2??? Any input appreciated...........

I would say either 112 or 114. Why do you need help picking that? Whose grind is the cam? they should already have one determined for which ever one you want to go with. You will peak sooner with lower and later with higher, or have a more broad powerband.
