Default How F'd up is my engine???

I was at the track trying to run 10's on spray with stock internals. My second run something happened...I hook up autotap and it showed I had severe miss-fires in cylinders 2 and 7. I drive it home with a little white smoke out the exhaust. Check my coolant level and it is low as hell. And pulled cylinder 2's plug and it looks fine although its green.

How bad is my car messed up?

I bet it's ring lands. The stock pistons are bad about that. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />

Better just hope it is just a head gasket.

If worst comes to worst I will return it to stock and take it in for warranty.

So what are all the possible scenario's and prices?

Head gasket...no big deal? just some work?
Piston rings...tear apart whole block?
....

I hope is just a head gasket and nothing real serious.

However,

Frankly, my opinion is that the dealer shops often try to screw up people. So if they get screwed once in return, I honestly won't pity them.

I don't remember this thread or title being a Q about ethics. Get over it.

Are the stock rings an issue without nitrous at compression ratios of 11:1 or less, assuming good gas?

Hope it is only a head gasket.

I went 12.20's on motor so 10's isnt impossible with spray.
