G5 V Tr230/224
Thanks
A buddy of mine is trying to decide between these two cams. Which one of these will have better drivability and not have to shift as high? He wants to shift around 6600 rpms.
Thanks

Can't tell you about the Tr230/224, but I have the G5 and it is a daily driver. See my signature for the dyno graph. I shift at 6600 - 6700 rpms (rev limiter is 6700). It is a good daily driver cam. It does have a problem however when the AC is turned on and I drive it hard .. it will sometimes stall when I come to a stop. Otherwise it never stalls.
My numbers are with stock cat back and no other mods than: lid, headers w/ offroad pipe and a pulley ,(g5 cam with programming).
