Pushrods with 5.3 head swap?

I have a TR 224 cam kit along with the new pushrods and 918 springs on my car now. Will I have to change push rods (diff length) when I swap on a set of unmilled 5.3 heads?

Nope. Stock 7.4 pushrods are just what you want.
