Yeah i think a 3000 would do just fine with it. I do most of the installs myself unless its something i dont feel like messing with, i.e. the torque converter. From what my shop told me with that cam any where in between 3000 and 3600 would be good and still maintain good daily drivability. My 3200 did awsome for me if i did it again i would try a 3400. A 3000 will put you where you wana be when you stomp it though. Personaly If i where you i would go with the 3200.

if the 3k will work I'll go with it then. I really dont wanna go over the 3k mark anyhow so it works out for me.

the cam install isnt that hard man...its pretty straight forward, just get some buddies to help and u should be fine.

Ya, I am going to do it with some guys around town. There are just so many of these special tools that make it easier, and most the guys have them so I figured why take it to the shop.
