405 with a good tune!!!, on a dynojet dyno...
and yes you will always notice a larger then stock cam, since they make more power per rpm, by allowing your engine to breath more...

I think 405 is pretty inflated. I'd be looking for 370ish with that small of a cam. You'd definitely notice a nice torque gain, too. You'll absolutely notice it.

really I thought the 224/224 cams where turning higher numbers?
my mistake!
I have a 112 lsa and i noticed a big power difference up top and lost a little down low. With the ported ls1 heads and cam it made a good amount of power difference but i would not expect to be over 415rwhp when i get a tune. When i get my new cam and heads i hope to be closer to 475.
will it turn ovER a set of 315 from a roll and will i really notice a huge differance . I mean seat of the pants differance... i am just looking to gt pumped up here i am doing this all tommorow! will it sound mean as ****
we dont know dude EVERY car reacts DIFFERENT. buy the cam and find out
from a really low roll like 5mph im sure it may but you need A LOT of powe rto spin them from like 20 or 30
