Need help for a friend
Cam 211-222 @ .050 w/ .513/.540 on a 114 (Custom Grind)
Head flow is as follows (Intake only, exh was not flowed):

.50 263.4
.55 267.8
.60 267.8
.65 268.5
Z06 springs, stock valves, bottom end is JE forged, stock crank and rods, FIPK, Vig 2600 stall, EW Tuning, No other mods.
We took the car out with A-tap and my Tazzo (Much like G-tec, but much more accurate/consistant). This is how things looked:
Mods above:
First Pass: 13.8x @ 102.5
Average Timing 25* (25.5* max) <img border="0" alt="[barf]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_barf.gif" />
Average of 3.4* KR (4* max) KR the whole pass
02’s average .73 (.805 max) <img border="0" alt="[barf]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_barf.gif" />
Injector Duty Av 15.29ms (16.29 max)
Changed some things around. Brought my GMAF, MAFT and timing tricker and set the MAFT 4% rich:
Second pass: 13.8x @ 104.5
Average Timing 26.5* (27.5* max)
Average of 2.3* KR (3.7* max) KR the whole pass
02’s average ..895 (.91 max)
Injector Duty Av 19.22ms (20.46 max)
Changed the MAFT to 8% rich:
Third pass: 13.6x @ 106.3
Average Timing 28.83* (29* max)
.5* max KR (only in second right after the shift)
02’s average .916 (.93 max)
Injector Duty Av 20.51ms (21.55 max)
We made a few more passes but A-tap was not logging on my system <img border="0" alt="[Banging Head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" /> ..I realized the car was only shifting at 6k <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" /> . He should have had EW change the limiter and shift points INHO. I know he needs to complete the bolt on section but I would think it should be running a little better than this. My 2001 M6, stock cam, lid, GMAF, on the same road went 13.1x @ 110-111 several times.

Why wasn't the exhaust flowed too?
Was the swirl dam removed/altered?
What was the temp etc?
G-Tech/Tazzo whatever, I wouldn't think that was as accurate as taking it to the track etc.
What did EW have to say about the results?
