Default TR224 and XE-R?

Are the lobes on the TR224 XE-R lobes? XE-R designates fast ramp speeds right?

Think there would be any issues using 5.3L truck heads (no milling done other than to deck them), TR224 and 7.400" push rods?

The XE-R ramps are more aggressive than the thunder lobes.
