ls6 cam

I am getting the ls6 cam put in and was wondering what rpm I should raise it up to.

Isnt the redline for those 6K? Either way, just curious...why not something slightly larger?

Stock Z06 LS6 revlimiter is 6600 If I remember correctly

But that is with the supporting LS6 heads which have stiffer springs and lighter valves.

with the 918 beehives, i did 6500 and it was trying to pull hard past the limiter, i'll try a little higher.

I have my limiter at 6600 and shift around 6500, it pulls to the limiter without falling off.
