For everyone who has bought the Comp lifters, what part # did you buy?

850-16 is the part # for the standard LS1 hydraulic roller lifter.

875-16 is the part # for the "R" series LS1 hydraulic lifter. These are currently not available.

Both part #'s are shown on page 89 of the on-line catalog at www.compcams.com. Unfortunately, they are not shown in the roller lifter specifications page.

 

Lifters are going to be hard to get cheap for awhile, the company that makes the lifters for most/all of these comapanies went out of business, so the prices went way up, and availability went down, i've got the 875's and am glad i bought them long ago, just wish i would have bought more now.

Oh, by the way, these lifters in our cars, are standard small chevy lifters, nothin special just can't use the ones with the connector bar in pairs, but can still use any other small block chevy style lifter. Just figured that would help.
