LS1 noise(HELP) I have a new Trans AM and I understand these engines can be noisy when you start them up. BUT, mind taps sometimes for hours. Is this also normal for this engine or do I had a bad one? I have been told that after warmup the noise should go away, but mind doesn't. Any info would be appreciated.

Re: LS1 noise(HELP) Sounds like a bent pushrod. Is it only sometimes or all the time? Friend had a few bent pushrods before and it sounds a lot like a sewing machine.
