Default Help, spring seats

I've got a set of manley springs 1.29", I am buying ti retainers for these, but cant find the seats, will the spring work with the stock seats? I also found a spring locator, what is it for? I have a feeling they have something to do with the seats, but I really dont know, help please. Thanks

The seal and seat are incorporated into 1 unit from GM. That aftermarket spring will take an aftermarket ID locator. I make a .505" and a .565" for the spring. This is an aftermarket piece that must be used with a seperate valve seal. The seats or ID locators are available from WCCH, Futral, RAPID, and LS1 Speed.

Use the .505 on stock gm powedered metal guides and the .565 on heads with shouldered style aftermarket bronze guides. BTW Chris you forgot to mention TEA also sells your stuff We also sell the proper seals to use with this style of locators.
