I changed the oil today and found some metal shavings on the drain pulg that look odd and also a peice of aluminum or metal the size of a bb pellet. I have never had any thing like this on my drain plug before and my oil preassure is good (45psi at part throttle and 70psi and WOT). Anyone had any problems like i saw? Is it major?

One thing i thought of was that it might have finally got sucked up by the new magnet after i had trouble with breaking the cam plate and changing out the oil pump but that was back in the summer of 01.

What year is the car?

I'd probably strain the oil and see if I could find anything else in it and cut open the filter.
