Default Scarring on counter weight

I've been working on this 3rd gen ls1 swap for a while now. I'm kind of halfway going through the engine (no bottom end bearings or rings but I did a head and cam swap) basically just putting all new gaskets on. This motor has been sitting for about 6 years so the little bit of sludge I found in the oil pan didn't bother me. But the small pile of aluminum shavings/chunks did. 3 of the counter weights on the crank are scarred (looks like a worn brake rotor)...almost like the crank was hitting the block. But the main caps don't have a scratch on them. This motor came out of a wrecked car that was hit pretty hard. But nothing (except the 3 counter weights) looks bad inside the bottom end. My question is: should I worry about it? Or should I put it back together and let it go. Motor spins fine and only has about 10k miles on it.
