Is this Block Salvage-able?
Ok.. im a n00b and im trying to learn and do alot of the work myself with the help of some friends with experience.. Anyways, I was cleaning the threads on the block for the heads (using the LS1howto.com method) and one of the bolts broke in the block..
Now, I've tried 2 different "bolt back-out" kits (ones that u drill a little hole then use a hammer to tap the bolt then back it out) and none of them worked. It just kept getting stripped so we decided to just drill it out.. it looks like this after we finished.. Is this Salvage-able?
