Default 4.00 stroke VS. 4.125

I'm about to start on a Stroker motor with a LQ4 block and im trying to decide if i want to go with a 4.00 stroke are a 4.125 the bore will be 4.030.I'm going to spray 200-300 on it .I was wanting to know which one would be better on the juice. <img border="0" alt="[Firebird]" title="" src="graemlins/formula.gif" />

If you get high-strength, lightweight components, I'd go with the longer stroke. Do the proper balancing and the correct rotating assembly to match everything, and you should be OK.
