Can running rich or lean cause p0300 misfire code?

Can running rich or lean cause p0300 misfire code? I pulled of my MAF Ends and MAFT to go back to stock yesterday and I'm throwing the P0300 and the car is running like crap. I also ACCIDENTALLY put a fuse in the TCS Bat spot instead of PCM BAT when I was trying to reset the the computer. Any ideas on what is going on?!?!
