cam bearings copper in color????

cam bearings copper in color???? I am doing an engine rebuild , and noticed all the cam bearings are copper in color. What color are new ones. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

Re: cam bearings copper in color???? Those in the pic are newly installed??? I trying to decide if I need new ones or not. I spun a rod bearing so I am sure it flung all kinds of junk b ut the block only had 500 miles on it. They are copper now , just wondering if that is good or not. I have seen pics of ones that are partially silver. So I was wondering which way they were new.
