Im getting ready to do a cam swap. my ? is would it be a good idea to change the lifters at the same time, or will the stock ones be OK. I only have 37,000 miles on the car.

I didn't change mine

I would only change them if or when I'm swaping my heads. For that matter, the only reason I could see changing them is to a solid-roller setup but then again on a 346ci it really doesn't do much in my opinion
