The good: they flow very well, espescaily if you port them, i midly portedmine and the results were great.
They lower the CR (about 9.7:1 using stock gasket)which is good for FI.
they can be picked up used inexpensivly for about $300-400.

dont know to much bad on them unless your trying to raise the CR youll have to mill them down a bit.

I have the heads, and my compression ratio is 10.8:1.

How much do you think the heads had to be milled to get the 10.8:1 ?

Assuming stock displacement and gasket thickness, the chambers would have to be 62cc to get compression of 10.8:1. To change the chamber sizes to 62cc from 69cc, I would guestimate that they have been milled 0.055" to 0.065".
