Default Recipe for 7.0 liter motor

I understand the bore/stroke/heads details but after the fundamentals, what's the most proven recipe for a relable, strong 422 - 427.

I'm primarily interested in obtaining the specs for the cam, injectors and fuel system, and any LS1-edit files or tips that help me get a good, basic tune out of the box.

However, this forum as a ton of guys that are true "do-it-yoursefers" and they have considerable knowledge (sometimes more than the tuners) and I want to tap into that. Especially on the generally accpted mods. i.e, injector size, LS1-edit tunes, duration.

For instance, I don't want to buy 30# injectors when it's gnerally proven I need 38# injectors and I don't want to get into 224/112 cam if the 229/112 or even a 232/112 has been proven to be a wiser choice with developed LS1edit files to boot!

MTI, MTI, MTI, MTI, MTI, MTI.

Call Jayson at MTI for specifics. As we speak he is building me a 427 bullet proof ironblock stroker for my 98 C5 wih a overbore of 4.060 and a 4.125 forged crank. I will be using all of the race proven components that is used on MTI 7.0 liter 422 aluminum block stroker (Z07 Motor) as set forth in detail on MTI's website.

Best of luck,

MTI 427 C5 Roadster <img border="0" alt="[Corvette]" title="" src="graemlins/corvette.gif" />
