Head bolts reused?

Head bolts reused? Ihave been useing a new head bolts in my engine befor 3 monthes ago, but now i want to open my engine and i want to know if i can use the same head bolts or not ?
and if i can ,What is the best torque specs for that ?

...some dealers re-use these bolts but they really should not....
