Gear Drives??

Do you all think they will ever make a gear drive for the LS1's. I love the sound they make and not wearying about timeing chain brakeing web page

The sound they make is from lost hp! Seriously they might make one but i would stay away from it because of its vibration transmissions. This is counterproductive for smooth hp at decently hi rpm. Rollmaster double roller chain should never let us down and its adjustable. A better question would be when will a timing belt be available?

LS1's can't use gear drives because of the knock sensors.

Good ansures, did'nt look at it that way , belt drive sounds good <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
