Good cam

Where would be a good place to get a reliable cam. And is a better water pump and or oil pump required?

Describe reliable please.
If you mean low maintenance on springs, decent HP gain ~ 25rwhp, very driveable etc.. then I suggest LPE GT2-3

Great cam... or maybe, given the poster's needs, the old Thunder Racing TR224 cam... always a good performer...
