Valve springs -sdpc ?

Valve springs -sdpc ? Has anyone tried sdpc 1.260" (ls1 #SD1423) springs and retainers?? With a .570" cam would I be better off with Compcams 918s? <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

Re: Valve springs -sdpc ? I ordered those for my set of LS-6 Heads. Those springs and retainers are made by Manley. They are rated for .600 lift and I will be running the B1 cam with .558 lift. If you want more info, check out the Manley website.

Re: Valve springs -sdpc ? These springs will work just fine up to .600" lift. I know of quite a few cars running over .580" lift with these springs with no issues.

Re: Valve springs -sdpc ? Hey guys, I'd like to bring this post back up, because I'm thinking about picking up a set of these springs from them. Maybe someone else has experience with them. My cam is .570 so I think they should be okay. It seems with these drop in springs, it's just a roll of the dice no matter what brand.
