Thanks that was really cool! Awesome to know LS1 cra <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" /> nks are machined from billet stock also!

For anyone who want to read this it is in pdf format. It is an article which shows that the LS1 and Ls6 block are differenet, plus the different procedures used in assembly and testing on the engines...

No problem. I just wanted to post this since there seems to be alot of mis-information about the LS6 and the LS1.

Just trying to clear up the fact that they are not the same motor with just heads and a cam. The LS6 is a totally different casting, mfg, and testing process than the LS1. Along with that, the cam and heads are different.
