Main and rod bearing clearances??

Main and rod bearing clearances?? Hi,
Does any one know how much clearance I should have on my main and rod bearings. Im building my short block and want to make sure everything is in spec. Any help will be appreciated

Rod .015-.076mm (.0006-.003 in)
Do you have a manual???? They need to be torque in sequence to spec to measure with plasti gauge get the green .001-.003 cost about a $1 per strip... I would get at least two.
