Default good head question please respond

I've noticed that most of the stage 2 head designs are claiming to flow around 270-300 +or-thats fine and dandy but, how many people out there have a head that flows @ 550 280-290 with a stock valve size, and here is the killer how many have an intake runner cc volume under 205. I believe that the runner volume is just as important as the flow of the head and not upsetting the swirl design either.

For all the stock valve sized heads out there post your flow #'s and runner volume please. Thanks for your input.

stock intake port volume is 204 cc's, i have had stock valves flow 297@.540 with 211 cc intake volume, the stock valve will almost keep up with peek flow of a stg2 head but with more port volume, with the stg2 I can get more flow with out taking as much out of the port, and get flow #'s like 271@.400, 284@.450, 297@.500 lift ranges from .200-.450 are the most important cylinder filling lifts and should be examined more than peak flow
