Default ls6 tourque curve

i recently installed a 2004 new ls6 in my 2000 ss. i was a little dissapointed in the performance outcome untill i looked at a tourque horse power dyno sheet for each engine. the ls1 definitly has a flatter curve and more tourque at a lower rpm. any suggestions on a cam that will give me a little more at low rpm? also still have the ls1 long block looking to sell but unable to post. let me know if anyones interested for details. thanks

Pretty much any cam short of the giant cams will give some more power on the low end. I run a 232/236 and make 385ft-lbs @ 3500RPM's

The tried and true 224/224 on a 112LSA seems to give lots of low end while still giving a respectable top end. There are tons of cam-only and cam/heads dyno graphs on this forum for that cam. I'll have one to post after the 23rd with a set of 5.3 Liter heads...
