Re: got cam, want bigger so, what cam would you reccomend.i already have the ls6 cam but might want something more highperformance in a few months if i like the ls6

got cam, want bigger i bought an ls6 cam from bigtex with some highperformance springs...what i'm wondering is will a HOT CAM run in my truck, or would i have to get pcm tuning immediatly? since i have the ability to go a little bigger with the new springs i think i might try it if you guys think it is a good idea. also, what type of rockers and what ratio on them do you suggest? are there any other head mods i could do with out having them ported and polished, don't want to have to do that just yet. thanks for your help.
