Power difference from 346ci to 6.0L????

Power difference from 346ci to 6.0L???? What kind of power diffenece can be expected by using a 6L iron block in ileu of the alum. LS1 considering all possible numbers the same, compression, cam, etc....?????
Can the 6L handle bigger cams, more compression etc.. than the alum 346?
