Default Pushrods: Thunder's VS. Comp Cams...

Is there a big difference between them? Is one stronger than the other? Benifits of either?

These are the 7.4 hardened one piece Chrome Moly push rods from Thunder. Are they heat treated?

Sorry for all the questions. I just want to double check them since I dont see alot of talk about them and I dont want to bend another 9 more pushrods

As far as I can tell, the thunder racing pushrods are 100% identical to the Comp Cams ones, except the little gold printing on the pushrod says "Thunder Racing" instead of "Comp Cams".

If I had to guess who their supplier was, I think I'd get it right on the first try.

There is no difference between them, but the Thunder Racing logo has to be worth a few hp. lol

Sweet! Ill keep them then. I was just wondering because they are cheaper. I like the TR logo on them too

jmx,

If you are guessing that we get the pushrods from Comp, you are mistaken. Actually we get them from the same supplier that supplies Comp, Crane, Lunati, Isky, and Trick Flow, etc. Basically what I am saying is that there is one vendor supplying ALL of the cam companies with this style pushrod.
