Default How much will .005 difference make on cam lift ?!?

Im talking about the intake lift. Say you have a ..... ummm TR230 (since its a popular cam) The advertised intake lift is .575 and you have a cam thats .570. What kind of difference will this make given all else equal?

The answer is nothing because most LS1 ports do not improve airflow above .550" lift. Stock head picks up 1cfm from .550" to .575" lift. This would not be measureable difference in power.

Pratically nothing. That's too small of a difference to amount to much. All else being equal you wouldn't be able to tell the difference on the dyno or at the track.
