im gonna have to agree with you there. some good ported heads + big cam/lift on stock 346= fly cut ....too bad gm didnt put in reliefs stock!

yeah man if they put stock pistons with .150 refief in that would have been sweet.

Few tenths my ***. What are you talkin about?? You don't need some really expensive heads to make a 224 cam put down great times. All you need is a good port/polished set of heads & a good tune. That power with a good rear, tires & launch will get you in the 11's. Thats alot more than a few tenths & you'll have power longer.

Bigger cams might make more peak power, but they don't make power as long or as smooth.
