Help me out

I have a 98 SS motor stock,RAM powergrip clutch,38 pound flywheel,detroit locker,and 315/35/16 drag raidials. I want it to run in the low 7s in the 1/8. What kind of setups do yall reckomend.

work on the rest on the suspension, and I would spray.
