Who is running the R1 cam from MTI?

I just want to know you dyno #s and how it handles in traffic?

Thanks!

I used to. Don't know the exact dyno since my fuel system was not up to the task that day but it was certainly over 500 RWHP. I ran some 10.2-3s with that cam at 133 MPH or so.

My tuning was way off from a drivability standpoint (as in it was bone stock with only a raised idle.) It was OK even like that but with the proper tune it would be really good.

You were running a 383ci with the R1?

Have it now -

Dynoed 495 RWHP through the M6 and 469 on the auto. In traffic/driving it is pretty tame. It originally needed some tuning, but was quite docile afterwards.

I am in the process of going over to a solid roller fairly soon, so I will be punting it shortly. But solid rollers are not for everyone.

I was running 422 CI with the R1. The bigger the CI the smaller the cam will act.

It might go in my 383 <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
