crank bolt stripped help

my cousin stripped his crank bolt and and the threads in the crank. what can he do to fix this problem he has a 97 lt1 transam. we need to know asap if possible.

Of course, it can be helicoiled.

Helicoils, properly istalled, are stronger than the original thread...
