Default What size Cometic?

I'm going to be running a MS4 with TFS heads. I'm just wondering what size gaskets to go with, .040 or .045? Right now I'm not sure how much milling on the heads I'm going to do, but some will be done. Flycutting isn't a concern, as I'm sure I'm going to have to do it. Any thoughts for this set up? What do you guys recommend on the milling?

With regard to the quench (squish), you'll need to measure your piston to deck height. Once this is determined you choose your gasket accordingly.

Quench= Compressed gasket thickness - piston to deck height

Ahhh, thanks predator. I'm just trying to stockpile my parts before this install. I guess, I'll have to wait on the gaskets.

I would flycut first then measure PTVC before you mill at all. Then you you know how much room you have to work with to mill and gasket thinkness.

.080 intake and exhaust will do the trick. The decide on your gasket, then mill rest from head to get desired SCR/DCR
