Default Oil leak

I got a very slow oil leak like 2-3 drops a week. Which isnt much but it can only get worse from there. Its seems to be dripping from the bellhousing. Any clues as to what it could be and how serious it is or will be down the road.

That would be your (Rear main seal). It's not hard at all to replace but you will have to drop your tranny and pull the clutch, pressure plate in flywheel. If you have a a4 you will have to pully your tranny, torque converter and flywheel. It's a super cheap fix as the seal doen't cost much. It's also no big deal to just wait for a while if it's not that bad.

At 128k it totally normal. As far as the install tool, I've never had a problem with carefully driving them on using a small extension and 10mm 1/4 inch drive socket. I slowly tap at 4 corners of it and then make my way around slowly tapping. The key here is have half of the socket touch the seal and the other half touch the block so that way the socket will stop right as it hits the block thus keeping your seal perfectly flush and not to far back. But technically there is a seal driver that is just bigger than your seal that works the exact same way.

This is true. Be sure to check that Oil Sending Unit. Its on top of the engine behind the intake manifold.

I looked under the hood yesterday and my PCV hose is dry rotted and broke off. Could it possibly be coming out of there?

I don't think it would be the cause of an oil leak.. as the vacuum would be pulling the oil into the cyl.

You must have had bad gas milage, idle and peformance with that broken PCV Hose. How was it running?
