interesting.. who knows the answer? have a 98 M6... 114k... bought it used.. anyways.. doing a heads and cam swap and today i take off the valve covers and find the springs have an orange stripe on them..
now.. i bought some springs (i was told they are the 04+ LS6 springs) and they are brand new in the box.. and they also have an orange stripe..
does anyone what the stock 98 springs have one them, as far as paint or any markings? im thinking some one has already swapped out the stock springs for LS6 springs..
