LS1 temp help PLEASE

LS1 temp help PLEASE What's the stock temps of a LS1 suppose to be on a warm day? My car stays steady at 210 on a warm day. The fans are set to come on at 165/170. I thought I had a 160 thermostat but I'm starting to believe I dont because these temps dont add up. Theres no air in the system and it's properly filled. Fans work with no issues also. My next step is to buy another for sure 160 thermostat and see what happens. What else should or could I do to get my temps down?

Make sure you have a 160 t-stat.
I see you have a 98 so your guage should read more accuratly than mine.
The 00-02 gauges just have a cold normal and high setting.
I have a 160 and fans set accordinly and my guage is right at 210 also.
But it is really at 185-195.
