Yes, they accept the stock rockers and you can use GM headbolts if you wish, just make sure you get new ones as they are a torque to yield design.

Hey Brian you have an awsome setup bro... I've had a goal of 450RWHP and I have yet to really buy anything...is there anything you would have done differently with your setup? Do you think you'd loose any low end with a 90/90 setup installed? Your car sounds outstanding as well.

Gaskets? Head bolts? Lifters? Oil Pump? Timing Chain? Labor for the heads/cam swap? Hardened pushrods?

Here's what I did:

patriot ported LS6 heads with dual springs - 1050
custom cam from TR - 400
ls7 lifters - 100
ported ls6 oil pump - 150
ls2 timing chain - 60
pushrods - 100
head gaskets - 60
professional products intake - 400
labor for swap and tune - 1200
fluids and filters - 100
spark plugs - 20

That totals just at about 3600. Things you will also need are a convertor, and tires. add about 1000 for that. Now it's about 4600. You should slide right in and run right along or possibly faster than your cam only friends and be much more streetable if you stay in the 228/232 range. A4's are easier on the stock rear, just save for whatever breaks next, trans or rear.
