cam is installed ..now a Big TICK TICK TICK after installing my cam package from tsp which included
TSP Torquer V2 cam
PRC dual springs
TSP pushrods 7.400 .080
comp cam replacement lifters
well when i first fire the car all is well but after i take it for a spin or go get on it it gets a very loud tick to it sounds like a header leak .Replaced the headers gaskets and its still their ..but only after it gets warm .Almost sounds like the lifters are bleeding down..So what do you guys think this is its driving me crazy.
i thaught i may have the wrong size pushrods but thats what tsp sent me .heads are stock 98s

ya i went back today and went all over the rockers,and all was well.but if i just start the car up its fine but once it gets to operating temp thats when the noise comes in at..i know we are known for having loud engines but i think mine is alittle more louder than normal..i dont know goin to try to figure it out .sounds like a lifter is just not oiling up good but their brand new

Did you mess with the oil pump at all?
Could be the O Ring. Yesterday I took oil pump off and my O RING WAS GONE! I was having same symptoms you are.
