Default valve springs for T2 cam

I have a T2 cam ready to go in and a set of 918 comp springs which i'm told withh work in the combo with stock rocker BUT, i see everyone running 921's or PRC springs with that cam...the car will also be getting a 150 shot on top of it and wanted to make sure i wont run into any problems with this set up? Comp lists the 918's as the ones to use but i was just curious to see what people are using...........

Ive seen guys using 918 with the T2. I would not.

If you are going to use 918 with your T2 and spray it with a 150 shot, I think saving $300 dollar now will cost you $9K later

tsp sells them with the 918's in there package. So who has had thier springs break on them? I plan on running 918's they are rated at over .600 lift which is safe enough for this cam.

918s will be fine if installed at recommended height. The use of titanium retainers a plus.

Do you have an aversion to the popular gold or platinum dual springs? Theyre pretty affordable and come with Ti retainers...
