i hear this noise comming from the pass side rear of the engine its not a knock like a crank bearing but like a noisy valve maybe? What could i do to quite it down? The car has all its power and everything. It goes away but comes back once in a while

 

can be a lot of things I had a bent rod a while back and did the same thing yours is doing

 

its not doing it idleing tho

 

and its not a knock its like a rattleing

 

can i run a thick oil like 15w 50 or something with some lucas ?
