Need Help... I got this motor from a guy that owed me money. the motor was in a 2000 or 2001 SS (dont remember) but it sittin in my buddy garage. now how do i figure out what it has done to it? i know he said that it was a low 11' second car on motor and on nitrous it was a mid 10 second car. the motor only had 38k to 40k miles on it. and he did that when it had 25k on it so if any one has a idea where the price range is for this motor just let me know.
Pull the intake off and see if it has ported heads (it would have to). Get a feel for what they are that way. Also, pull the front cover off the motor and see if you can find out what cam is in it.
